Shop Policies

Shipping and turnaround times will vary due to seasonal demands and quantities ordered. Items will ship in around 1-2 weeks.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please note that all cancellations will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price as well as the payment processing fee charged by your payment provider. This fee helps us manage inventory and maintain the quality of our services. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your item(s) has been made, packaged, and shipped, you will receive tracking information sent to your email. Once your item has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. Please understand that the time that it takes for us to make and ship your item is in addition to the time it takes for the shipping carrier to get the item to you.

Once orders are received, please examine carefully and notify us at clubmavdesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt only if there are any problems with your order. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after the 48 hours has expired. Any damage or issues with your piece that occur after you have received it are your responsibility.
